American Internet Services (AIS) primarily sells colocation (seven data centers in southwestern US), cloud compute, cloud storage, managed services, professional services, and connectivity (T1s to dark fiber). Out of all of their products they are most competitive with colocation services. They have only been selling cloud since 2011 but that's been growing immensely. Connectivity is always a big draw as well since they have 600 customers in Southern California and Arizona (p2p with their data center). AIS operates their own MPLS network between their seven facilities which offers real-time replication and disaster recovery/business continuity (10Gbps optical network). They can also offer a hybrid cloud solution between a client's physical IT environment and their virtual environment (whether it's within their data centers their client's location).
